Early September brought the perfect light for Paige’s maternity session at Batey Farm in Hendersonville TN. This beautiful, open field surrounded by lush green trees set the stage for a relaxed afternoon of capturing this special season in her life.
Paige wore three different outfits, each bringing its own vibe. We started with a long white skirt and top that let her belly peek through, then switched to casual jeans for a cozy, down-to-earth look. We wrapped up the session during blue hour in a full denim outfit, capturing that soft, magical light that makes maternity photography feel timeless.

The whole session felt like spending girl time with an old friend. It was easygoing, full of laughter, and exactly the kind of environment that lets candid, joyful moments shine through. Paige was relaxed, happy, and glowing, making every image feel effortless.
One moment that stayed with me was the sunset behind her. When I saw it on the back of my camera, I could already imagine her kids looking at it one day, seeing their mom exactly as she was in that moment, just a girl eagerly awaiting to meet her little boy. That’s why I love capturing maternity sessions: the little glimpses of a life that feels so ordinary now but will mean everything later.
