initial meeting
Our first conversation is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk through your vision for the session, make sure we’re the right fit, and go over everything from investment details to what you’ll receive in your final gallery.

booking
To reserve your session, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Once booked, you'll receive a detailed style and prep guide to help you feel fully prepared. Payment plans are available.

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
We’ll work together to plan the details that make your session truly special. About a week before your session, you’ll receive a prep email with everything you need to feel calm, ready, and excited for the day.

session Day
On the day of your session, we’ll keep things relaxed and natural. My goal is to create an environment where you can truly be yourselves, letting the moments unfold organically. I’ll guide you through every step, helping with gentle direction and posing, so you feel comfortable and confident. You can trust that we’ll create timeless images that truly reflect your story.

maternity
I recommend booking your maternity session well before 28 weeks to ensure availability. The ideal time for the shoot itself is between 28-34 weeks, when your baby bump is beautifully visible, but you’re still comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.
newborn
It's best to book while you’re still pregnant to secure your spot. Ideally, newborn sessions take place within the first 10 days of life, when babies are still in their sleepy, cuddly stage. The earlier you book, the better, but I always do my best to accommodate last-minute sessions as well.
family
Family sessions can be booked year-round, but there’s something extra magical about the golden light of spring and fall. It’s best to book at least a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, but I always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.
When Should We book?
Choosing outfits can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. I recommend soft, neutral tones and natural textures — pieces that feel timeless and photograph beautifully. Once you book, I’ll send over a detailed prep guide with styling tips and suggestions for the whole family. I'm also happy to help you finalize looks so you feel confident and comfortable on session day. For newborn sessions, you’ll also have access to a client closet filled with heirloom pieces curated just for little ones.
What should we wear?
Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home, outdoors in a beautiful natural setting (I have a selection of favorite local spots), or at my preferred studio space — depending on what feels most like you. I’ll help guide you in choosing the perfect location that reflects your family’s story and allows you to feel relaxed and at ease.
